An original watercolor portrait of your home, painted on 9×12 aquaboard panel from your reference photo. A clear, daylight photo of the whole house is required, and we’ll agree on the composition, with landscaping and sky simplified, before I start painting. A thoughtful closing gift, housewarming present, or keepsake for the place that matters to you. Allow about 3 to 4 weeks after your photo and details are finalized. Pickup or shipping is arranged with me, and the buyer pays shipping. 4 total holiday slots, shared between pet and home portraits. Order by Nov 20 to be completed by Dec 21.
